Yarn Along Wednesday

Joining Ginny again for the weekly Yarn Along where we post our current knits and reads...
*********

This past week has been so busy with sick kids, a traveling husband, and nice days to play outside that not much reading or knitting has happened!  Well...more knitting than reading I would have to say. I'm a bit obsessed with my current knit, Catkin, as it is challenging and really fun to work on.  I'm not used to graphs as I usually prefer to read it line by line but I am really enjoying following this pattern.

Reading wise, I'm still working on Pride and Prejudice and enjoy it (as I always do!).

  4. Your Catkin looks great. I have not learned to knit from charts yet, but it's on my list! hope your children are on the mend and you can all enjoy the beautiful weather.

  5. Charts are the best way to go ... you can see as soon as you make a mistake and line-by-line can be filled with typos! But that's just my opinion!

Love the colors you've chosen for the Catkin!

  15. Your Catkin cloak is going to be spectacular. Very rarely do I do any knitting that takes concentration. More power to you!
